Trailer is great the family loves it. Service was great when buying and quick to come and service trailer. The only down fall was they didn't fix one problem I had and when called back to have it done no one has showed up to fix it yet.

The product is awesome and the service was good, the explanation and tour of my trailer was very helpful, the only problem was before I left with the trailer, their wasn't a jacket available my size, which a size large.

The service department has always been willing to come out and repair whatever the issue is at whatever time. I have only bought one travel trailer at Four Seasons and I feel like I've been a customer for 30 years.

The sales staff was always ready to help you out for what you are looking for they had a good combination of giving you what you wanted without pushing on you what they may have in inventory.

Overall a pleasant experience all around

Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. Our complaint would be that our camper did not get cleaned by you. There was mouse poop and a dead mouse in the camper. The problem was taken care of by you. A suggestion would be that you have a check list of what has been done on the camper before it leaves the lot and the customer gets a copy of it. That way everyone knows what has been done with that unit. Otherwise we are very satisfied with the service and how accomidating everyone was!
