My first impression was very good of four Seasons, nothing different that what I had expected after having a couple of good referrals to their store. Steve worked hard and diligently looked for the size and layout of trailer we wanted, and called promptly each time something in our price range came into their store. When we came down to look at one that we were interested in Steve again did a great job, and helped us to feel confident we were getting the right trailer. The after sales service has been great, and any time we've needed anything all of the staff and departments have been responsive and helpful.

we had three separate visits from road service this summer in Brandon. Each of the techs were professional, courteous and very skilled. We were extremely pleased with services provided.

We purchased a 2011 fifth wheel after looking at a number of them and asking a lot of questions decided on this one. There was absolutely no pressure from our salesman even though it took two times for us to make our decision. Norm was the best and we left feeling we had made new friends.

My sales guy was very friendly along with not pushy. My family and I loved how he answered all of questions from everyone in the family. He made sure we knew what we wanted and he ensured we knew how to use it.

Sales team was good, service seems to be good, although our warranty work has to carry over to spring. We have closed up our trailer for the season before your repair man could come out with his ordered parts. Friendly front counter staff 👍

Salesman is very knowledgeable and not overbearing to push you onto a unit. Salesman was helpful in every aspect and professional. As a note I have not picked up the unit or gone through it with service dept., etc. We bought in fall and leaving unit through winter. Once spring comes and pickup of unit at that time, I can give a more accurate experience in total. I will say that Norm did not show me anything he thought through his experience was a good unit to look at. IE: a lower grade, entry level model. We bought one older than what I would of liked, but fit into our budget and the Jayco name makes up the difference.

On the 1st visit this fall, Marlon gave us the opportunity to tour the lot on our own & check out all campers. We found the floor plan we liked elsewhere, but we’ve bought our last 3 campers at Four Seasons & it is our preferred dealership. We talked to Marlon who said they had the camper we wanted on order & made sure to let us know if the changes between the 2018 we looked at & the 2019 we bought sight unseen.
We’ve always been happy with the sales & service at Four Seasons.
We are very happy with our new camper & are excited for next spring to try it out.

Garth, our service guy and his department have been great. A little dissappointed however in th quality of the trailer's build itself. This isn't really a reflection of the dealership, it is the manufacturer, however when you are buying new you have a certain expectation of quality. Will probably look at a higher end product next time ' Jayco' perhaps. Will see in the spring of 2019 if the 12+ issues we found this spring on ours are fixed.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The size of the operation and capacity for service was impressive. Well stocked store. I never felt like I was being ignored. Sales staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Steve was actually listening to us when we spoke.

We appreciated that you extend your services to the Westman towns so that we don't always have to travel to Virden to get repairs done to our RV. Sure appreciated the skills of the technician and his professional manner.

The courteous staff recognise the needs for service of our travel trailer and recommend solutions or avenues to meet those needs.
