Staff is very warm and welcoming. Their knowledge of the product is bang on. Questions are answered and the walk around, even though it takes time was very pleasant. Our compliments to the sales staff member, Bill and Danielle’s business like, but friendly approach was very good. The products we had ordered were waiting at the parts desk, carried to my car and I was generally made to feel that I was an important customer. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Excellent service. After a minor communication hiccup, your service department contacted us today to explain the progress made on the repair of the deficiencies in our trailer which we reported later on the same day of delivery.
Our disappointment is that the Microwave not working should have been caught in the trade-in/ready for resale process. In our case, the unit looks like it is working but no actual cooking was happening. Your trade-in "in-house" inspection should include boiling a cup of water in the microwave. If it already does then someone ticked a box without doing the work.
We continue to recommend Four Seasons to any and all who ask.

The Quality of the Solitude Grand design is outstanding--great planning of the design and the interior is so well done.The colors are relaxing and the good workmanship is shown throughout.
