Your warranty. Your service, you come out where the camper is, we don’t have to drive our camper in to Virden anytime something is wrong or needs fixing.
If it wasn't for your Road Service,, As long as you send someone that knows what they are doing. Somewhat disappointed with your products as we have had many issues with our Brand New 2015 Cougar, went to a 2018 Reflection and are having issues with it as well .
The staffs are very friendly and accommodating, providing you with informations necessary for your purchase. they also respond quickly to emails and text.
Our experience wth Four Seasons was very accommodating, friendly, informative, fast, respectful, and welcoming. It’s very true that when they say that when you do business with them you become part of their four season family. Everyone that we had contact with greeted us with a smile and made sure they stayed connected with us while our approval was being processed. We were given options for payments and extra’s we wanted for our fifth wheel. Once our purchase was completed we were reassured that when our fifth wheel is driven off the lot our relationship with four seasons wouldn’t end there but our support would continue long after we were at our seasonal site enjoying our new purchase. We were told that any issues we may have going forward that four seasons would like to not only be notified about the problem but also be part of the solution and that meant the world to us. Salesman Kevin was great. Service people very helpful. One thing we weren't happy about, the plungers to drain the septic system had been left open for some reason and we didn't know. After our first ca,ping trip we discovered this only when I opened the drain to attach septic hose and immediately got baptized in sewage....not cool
We had Gary out to the house to service our 5th Wheel, he looked after everything for us and answered our question about winterizing a this is our first winter and first RV. Thanks for the great service Gary and the helpful information.

The service that is provided is excellent. I'm not sure I would recommend a cougar trailer to a friend. I already had one couple that came in and bought a cougar 5th wheel on my recommendation but never heard anything from four seasons on that. Their names are Joanne and Maurice Campbell. I pulled the trailer from Killarney to Carberry and back and literally watched the none door side fender come off. It now has a large crack in it. I don't think that's supposed to happen. There is a follow-up appointment to look at the panelling inside the trailer that is bubbling. It also looks like the taping between panels is starting to come loose. I'm not sure why that's happening. I guess we will see in the end how these issues are resolved.
Four Seasons makes the process of finding the right RV easy. We were very happy with the entire process, from viewing campers to negotiating the deal and taking delivery. They anticipated all of our questions and left us feeling confident and satisfied. Thanks for all the help with transporting our new camper to our seasonal site.
