Well lets see, we have had some issues, and they have sent some guys out to fix the problem (supposedly) and the last guy actually did what he was suppose to do. Thank you. We like the fact that you stand behind your product but for some reason we always seem to feel like we are always having problems buying new. These are not problems that are made up they are genuine problems. I think I mentioned once before that we never had problems when we bought older trailers, I just don't like being disappointed every time I buy New. We also just got a recall on it so it makes you wonder, "What are we doing Wrong"
We took our cougar trailer on a test run to Banff the first week of September, 2018. We haven`t enjoyed this type if holiday for a long time, and were a little apprehensive. Four seasons was very patient with all of our questions, and very prompt to correct any problems we encountered. There staff are friendly, and very knowledgeable. It was a very good experience dealing with Four Seasons. We hope to continue this great relationship in the years to come.

Like the products but when we had an issue in Arizona and called for assistance we figured being a new purchase in 2108 that Four Seasons would have found us a keystone dealer to help us.

We purchased our first trailer, a Jayco 197 slide, from Four Seasons several years ago. We traded it in on a Cougar 21RBS in 2017. The trailer developed some problems and needed to be replaced. Four Seasons went to bat for us and we now are the owners of a 2019 Cougar 22RBS HT.
Although we had not planned on buying another new trailer, we are quite satisfied with the support Four Seasons gave us.
