Very happy with our Jayco. Had a couple of issues but were fixed right away.

You are the only ones around that carry the Grand Design brand. And the buying experoemce is very good.

I’ve had a JayCo camper before and I’ve had it worked on at your shop a few times and I’ve never had an issue. I have since bought another camper from them and the service will be the same if not better.

Sales (Norm) and service were very accommodating. The salesman steered us into a unit of quality by brand, etc. and made us aware of the differences. Therefore our purchase, we are looking forward to using this summer.

We have yet to pickup the unit, awaiting spring as we bought in the fall and left it in the compound over winter. Therefore I cannot comment yet on the pickup, walk around, set up and learning the ins and outs of this particular unit. Although I will add that we have purchased before from 4 Seasons and were pleased on that experience.

Marlon was great to work with - told him about my experience with Jayco product and he agreed with me totally - did not push a Jayco product onto me - I had decided on the Keystone Retreat prior to seeing it and loved it when I saw it - hopefully everything will go much better then with my Jayco trailer.

We feel we purchased a very good quality travel trailer for the price we paid.
Our salesman was available, knowledgable and not 'pushy'.
After-service/warranty work was GREAT until we orders a replacement fender-skirt after warranty was over.....that whole process was just stupid....took 'months' to get and only got it after we heard the service people were coming to our town for other work.
