The products are great. The service is great.
I have to give them props on how they are set up to complete sales though. I dealt with my salesman via email and we had the deal pretty much complete for when I arrived, at which point they get you in with finance people and or parts people. At no point was I given the chance to sit down with my salesman and review the sale or go over any pricing, warranty etc. My salesman met with us super quickly to give us some (walking advertising for Four Seasons) free jackets (which are nice don't get me wrong).
I LOVE my new camper. It is amazing. Props to Grand Design for their product!!!!

Purchased trailer 2017 all repairs not done to today

Just purchased another RV. The experience could be described with the following words. Inviting, friendly, engaging, professional. Great inventory to chose from. Never used the away service but heard many good comments about it.

Great variety and numerous models on site to choose from.

The technician comes to fix the issue but can also answer any other questions that I have questions about.

Overall very pleased with the decision to buy from 4Season's . We picked up our Grand Designs 295RL April 22nd 2019 and spent about 4 hours going over everything. Gerald was the person walking us through everything and he was very knowledgable and also gave us the right amount of aftermarket encouragement when running us through all the extras we might want to buy. He was informative but not too pushy. There were a couple of things that needed correction, someone had placed 3 4seasons decals on the front, side and back of the trailer. This was not acceptable and 2 of the 3 had even been placed over top of the GD decals. When 2 of the 3 were removed the GD decals under them were destroyed. Gerald and the more senior service tech had a great attitude about replacing them though. Also we purchased a front level and the tech who installed it did a lousy job as it was not installed level. I did not notice this until I got home so I fixed this myself. The trailer was hooked up by 4Seasons but they did not properly level it until I pointed it out to them, so they had to unhook and adjust both my truck hitch and the GD hitch. Finally, one of the rear stabilizers was bent and I had to point it out and the fellow who replaced it and relevelled the hitch had a fantastic atttiude and did a great job. So overall great but not quite a 10.
