Excellent service. After a minor communication hiccup, your service department contacted us today to explain the progress made on the repair of the deficiencies in our trailer which we reported later on the same day of delivery.
Our disappointment is that the Microwave not working should have been caught in the trade-in/ready for resale process. In our case, the unit looks like it is working but no actual cooking was happening. Your trade-in "in-house" inspection should include boiling a cup of water in the microwave. If it already does then someone ticked a box without doing the work.
We continue to recommend Four Seasons to any and all who ask.
