All the staff were friendly and didn’t rush us out the door when trying to close on a Saturday....that goes along way! I purchased my camper from Kevin Borys. Very friendly, honest and a joy to joke around with. I have nothing but good things to say about Kevin. The only thing that disappointment was that I could not pick up an go. The battery was not working. Your service people needed to replace a fuse at time of pick up. That was not that big of a deal for they were super fast and friendly.On the way down the highway we needed to stop for some of the windows were not closed and locked. One of the windows was flapping in the wind. I am in all impressed with Four Seasons and that you for making my first experience of purchasing a camper a great one!

Service is excellent and the product of Grand design seems to be an awesome trailler so Far There was a few small items that needed attention but minimal

I've always found Four Seasons provide great quality products and back it up with services I need to enjoy my camping life. Staff are always helpful and looking after my needs.
Staff is very warm and welcoming. Their knowledge of the product is bang on. Questions are answered and the walk around, even though it takes time was very pleasant. Our compliments to the sales staff member, Bill and Danielle’s business like, but friendly approach was very good. The rest of the staff even though not dealing directly with us was warm and friendly. Thanks again for all your company did. The products we had ordered were waiting at the parts desk, carried to my car and I was generally made to feel that I was an important customer. Very friendly and helpful staff!
