Purchased a brand new Cougar in 2019. It had so many issues that we regretted purchasing it. We voiced our opinions & disheartenment. They (Four Seasons) wanted us to be happy with our purchase so they ordered another camper for us. Our newer camper has a few issues but nothing like our previous one! We r very happy that they go to u also. Thank you Four Seasons!

Great selection of many brands. Very knowledgeable sales personnel. We think the 3yr warranty with road side service is very enticing. A dealership that makes you feel at home soon as you walk through the door.

It was a very easy process to purchase our trailer, we did all of our correspondence via email and phone, then came out when it was convenient to check it out and finish the paperwork. It was a great experience!

Prompt friendly and knowledgeable service. Our cougar trailer is now two years old, and as of yet has not caused us any trouble. We do have an issue with the lack of the number of jacks that are supposed to stabilize the trailer. The trailer is 42 feet long and has only four poorly positioned jacks. We purchased the front criss cross stabilizer bars and the wheel chalks that we were told would stop the trailer from moving. We have talked with sever

Four Seasons staff are great to work with. From day one working with sales, to having extra work done through the service dept, to having some small warranty issues repaired (right at our campsite!!) the experience has been 100%. positive.
I fully understand now why Four seasons has grown so much over the years, they have exceptional staff and that are a pleasure to deal with.
