All RVs will have issues and need repairs over time. Four Seasons’ staff have been great to deal with when something needed attention. We always get a call back and feel fully supported. As we full-time in our fifth wheel we appreciated their outstanding mobile techs who are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Four Seasons have supported us on warranty claims and pushed back on our behalf with the manufacturer when a claim was initially declined. I would say their products are as good as anyone else's and their prices are competitive. What sets them apart is service. Either at the dealer or roadside, you're looked after as well as you can reasonably expect.

The 3 year free road service is absolutely fantastic and was our initial reason for choosing four seasons. Since then we have learned that every department at four seasons has pretty nice people to deal with. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.
