Sales staff are very knowledgeable and were able to show us appealing campers that fit our requests. During the walk through any requests were pleasantly met; example the screen door had a hole and the vent covers were the wrong colour. The staff worked quickly to fit both issues.

This is my second purchase from virden most definitely wouldn’t be going anywhere else.From sales (Kevin)to service, finance (Danielle)I can’t say enough good about this place.Everyone is so friendly and more than willing to help.The fellas on the road fixing these units are probably not given as much credit as they deserve either.Same as in-house though very respectable and professional they are where you need them at the drop of a hat more than willing, but they also have a great bunch behind them as well organizing and making sure you get the parts you need to keep you going where ever you may be.Great bunch of of people!! If you have been disappointed like I had at other RV places, I recommend virden you won’t be!
