we had traded in our Travel Trailer fully purchased a brand new trailer from Four Seasons RV in Regina. We attended all of the orientation as well as added a few additional options before taking delivery. In late June we went on our first camping trip to Good Spirits Provincial Park after getting water filled and set up in our camp site we found that we had no functioning water pump so the water taps and toilet were not accessible. We had to wait overnight and call Four Seasons in the morning . Unfortunately we were not able to get any help from Scott the service manager and told him we needed Road Side Assistance which was to be included with our purchase. After a few calls and even a suggestion that the trailer would be returned for a full refund we were able to get some response and Road side Assistance was set up.
We did not know at the time that Regina did not offer the road Side Assistance but that it Came from Virden Manitoba, Later in the Evening Service Tech Janet arrived at our camp site and was quickly able to diagnose and fix the problem. Janet was very personable, knowledgable and very accommodating resolving our trailer's issue. It turns out there were faulty valves to outside water outlets and once fixed it worked "good as new" which it was. Janet gave us a business card and even accepted a call the next morning regarding another concern. Your Virden Team is extremely fortunate to have an employee like Janet who certainly believes in customer service.

Tricia and Kala were amazing to work with, answered all our questions and gave great information and honest answers. They did not try to hide anything or slip anything under our noses and we can’t wait to get our camper.
One thing that would be good to have know prior to getting excited was the payments given at the first discussion with the sales person didn’t reflect the payments we got, they isn’t her fault, it’s just the type of financing. Maybe some terminology to have used would have been “depending on financing available to you your payment for be as low as $XX” just to ensure customers are aware that the amount could increase.
