The service has been efficient. Technicians are very knowledgeable of our unit.

We have had a couple of small repairs done under warranty. They were quick and efficient about it. Recently we had an issue with our fridge which was past our extended warranty but still within the 3 year mileage coverage and they were able to troubleshoot it quickly and at a very reasonable cost. I’m very happy with the Virden people.

The Four Seasons Sales Staff are knowledgeable and will get you into an RV that fits your Lifestyle. The after sales service and support is second to none. Any time we have had an issue it was dealt with promptly. The service Techs know their business and have always had a resolution to any issues. This is my second trailer I have purchased from Four Seasons and have been very happy with both units.

Tricia and Terry Lynn were excellent to deal with, they got us all set up with our new camper within hours. The whole process was quick and seamless. Tricia was open and honest about a repair the RV we went with needed, and even helped us make sure the repair was taken care of. Can’t say enough good things!

Grand Design are good trailers but the Virden Four Seasons is great!.
