We had a technician visit our trailer in a timely manner after making contact with Four Seasons. The technician was knowledgeable and explained why we were having difficulty with our water heater. She was friendly and easy to chat with.

Excellent customer service for repairs and responded quickly so our Hot water heater is up and running, explained well what repairs were needed and cost was greatly reasonable. Tech took time to explain issue thoroughly.
What we like the most was the friendly sales and service staff. They genuinely took the time to explain all the features of our new ronus trailer. I would for sure return to get another trailer in the future.

Mobile service is reasonably efficient, the Techs are always very good.
The office never seems to relay customer location from the customer to the Mobile Tech even if explicitly described or pinned on a Google map. There sees to be a disconnect there, miscommunication happened twice with us.
Overall though it's a great to have them come and fix your trailer and not have to drag it into the shop.
We just love our Grand Design Imagine Trailer. It’s the perfect size for two people. The people from the office to the service department at Four Seasons are great to talk to and are always very friendly and helpful. Can’t recommend them enough. So glad that they are there when we need them.

I really appreciate the roadside service. I also appreciate how great Trish was in helping us find what we needed. She wasn’t pushy and stayed in the parameters of what we requested. This was refreshing as the last person we dealt with there a few years ago was the opposite and turned us off of four seasons for a few years. I will be a returning customer and happily stay with Trish and will recommend her!

The staff are very easy to contact and great to talk to. We never felt like what we were asking for was unimportant to them. We got everything we needed and wanted in a camper. The salesperson and finance person were both very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. The gentleman who gave us a tour of our camper warned us that he didn't usually do walk throughs, but did an excellent job and knew the answers to all of our questions. Once we had our camper delivered and set up, there was a leak discovered from one of the slides. Four Seasons sent someone out asap, fixed the leak, and made sure that it would not leak again. We are very pleased with the camper and the service we received at Four Seasons in Virden.
