Instructors are always so friendly. Classes are creative & challenging so I feel very satisfied with my workouts. When I entered the 30 day challenge, the instructors were very supportive & cheered me on which I thought was so nice.

The instructors at the kailua studio are AWESOME! So caring and each provides their own unique styles. I believe that the studio has the capability to expand and support a growing population of yogi's, so I believe that the company should start looking for other properties in Kailua, that could provide two studios or One studio that is larger. I love the intimacy and location of the current studio, but it is way too crowded, uncomfortably so, with more popular times or special events. I love core power Kailua....it's a much more comfortable atmosphere than the other two studios on the island!

Love the instructors, especially Mish, Kelda, Dawn, Travis, Sara B, and Nichole! Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. The Kailua studio is always clean and welcoming.
Kailua has great options for mats and tons of great options for yoga clothes
