The instructors are awesome but I wish it was hotter. I feel they keep changing the heat up and
down often when they should just leave it at 105 which is where it is supposed to be??? I understand
when we get new and pregnant people in the class they have to modify but I wish they could have
a harder and hotter class for the people who like it really hot.

Since I joined Bikram almost two years ago it has really become a big part of my life. And now my boyfriend is hooked too! We don't go as often as we'd like but I always feel amazing after a class. And having gone through several surgeries over the past year, I do believe that part of the reason I healed so quickly was because of Bikram. Highly recommended!!! :)
