It was a friendly, inviting atmosphere for someone who is a first time yoga student. The instructor was very good in my opinion and helped me to learn more about yoga and certain positions. I can't wait to come back. It may be a little since I need to have surgery, but at some point I will be back.

The amount of classes work with any schedule. The instructors are friendly and helpful. The facility is very nice and clean. Overall my experience has been enjoyable at Bikram yoga- Farmington Hills.
I needed to jumpstart the New Year by setting goals. I've been slowing getting out of the grove since retirement. I'd become isolated and seemingly aimless. This assisted me in redirecting my energies towards a more satisfying outlook for the future.

I like the entire experience
I like the practice and almost all of the instructors understand the way to guide yoga in a inspiring, peaceful yet encouraging way.
The warm temperature is the best part for me. I also like that the exercise room does not smell like a locker room.
