The rep that came out was professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the estimate provided was significantly higher than the bid eventually taken, and much higher than the material manufacturer (Trex) showed for the job on their website. Admittedly a relatively small job, which several contractors admitted up front was below the $10k threshold of their minimum for taking on a project. If the rep hadn't been so good to work with, this would have been a much lower score.
The representative, Matthew, arrived within the appointment window. He sent a text with his estimated time of arrival. This was a day when Hurricane Ida was in the area along with tornadoes. He was professional and efficient. I will use this company for my home projects in the future.

I was extremely happy with my salesman, Aaron Baker. I typically don't like dealing with salesmen, but he was very professional. He got right to the project, measured out everything and gave me the estimate and options with the estimate. I had no intention of making a decision that day, and he did not use any tactics to try to pressure me. I appreciate his approach, and regardless of what happens with this project, i will always consider Beltway Builders with any future projects I have in my house.
Products and service. Rep was very nice and friendly too. Came out earlier too that was a pleasant surprise.
The representative Mr. Collins was very professional, courteous and called to inform us of his arrival time. He discussed the pros and cons regarding our window grilles painting project which we were not aware of and he showed us why he was recommending the options he discussed with us. He sent us the project agreement with the cost of the job as discussed with "no gimmicks or surprises" in the cost, unlike other contractors we have used in the past. However, due to the condition that the window grilles were in we decided to have them removed in the near future. We will certainly refer your company to friends and family! Thank you .
