Your estimator got here on time and we were kept in the loop about the appointment and the time frame. Very friendly, talkative guy. We are now waiting for a call back to let us know the schedule for the siding repair.

One thing to note about this work. We can't really have siding missing given the amount of rain that has been and will likely continue falling this year, so we agreed to the price. I must say, however, I was a bit overwhelmed by the estimate of $1,250 to reattach a piece of siding that's about 3 ft. x 2 ft. (and we have the missing piece of siding). But, as I say, we weren't in any position to complain.

I would still recommend you (in terms of providing a prompt and on time estimate. We'll see how the work goes, but my guess is it will be a quality repair.
