While the proposal was a little higher than others, the professionalism and humanity of Mark was phenomenal!
It was a refresher course in being honest with potential clients. For this he needs to be commended.
I myself, have worked in customer service industries for many years and it was astounding to me that such an energetic young man would take the time to listen to my situation and be upfront and honest!

I appreciated the honesty of the rep who came to give an estimate. He could have taken advantage of me, and my lack of technical expertise, but told me I did not need the work I thought I might, and could do the job much much cheaper than he would charge for what actually needed to be done. When I do need work, I will definitely call you.
