This is a second time we've worked with Beltway. The response time is always good and Glenn is always helpful and very professional.
Evaluated what needed to be done with fair price. Made a variety repairs within a day including installing a new fan in the bedroom and new stove vent exhaust on an exterior brick wall.
We definitely will be contacting you guys sometime in early 2023. More than likely in the February timeline. As we have mentioned before , we need an estimate on a two-story attached garage with a finished second level. Also we would need a sub-panel installed for the garage. We were also thinking of the possibility of a full bathroom and a closet for the second level depending on the price difference but definitely a closet so it is at least a bedroom. Off the top of my head the only other thing would be an individual heating/cooling type heat pump for the second floor and of course some windows.
