I liked Tony and we did not talk for very long; Tony understood my needs and the 2 jobs at hand and he got started doing his estimate; I got out of his way. Tony also sent the estimate within a few hours which is what I needed and I am getting another estimated tomorrow and then we will put them together early next week and you will be hearing from me or my team.. The estimate that Tony put together included pictures, cost for materials and labor and so far Tony is in the lead with his work.

I was able to quickly get a estimate after I first made the call and to have work done within about a week and a half. The only improvement I would suggest is better communication. I had to reach out several times to find out a scheduling date. Otherwise, great service!

Wednesday, January 4, 2023, Tony came to look at the building project in progress in my backyard (ADU).
Tony was an excellent representative for Beltway Builders. Although presently I am not ready to proceed on this project, I will definitely contact Beltway Builders when I make the decision to continue.

Beltway Builders has completed 2 jobs for me and their work is 5 star. The talented workers are very knowledgeable. They completed my kitchen and carpetting from a leak in the kitchen and I couldn't be more pleased. The new patio is so beautiful. The family came to my house all last summer. Will always call them first for any work needed. I recommend them to neighbors

Evaluated what needed to be done with fair price. Made a variety repairs within a day including installing a new fan in the bedroom and new stove vent exhaust on an exterior brick wall.

We definitely will be contacting you guys sometime in early 2023. More than likely in the February timeline. As we have mentioned before , we need an estimate on a two-story attached garage with a finished second level. Also we would need a sub-panel installed for the garage. We were also thinking of the possibility of a full bathroom and a closet for the second level depending on the price difference but definitely a closet so it is at least a bedroom. Off the top of my head the only other thing would be an individual heating/cooling type heat pump for the second floor and of course some windows. We can't wait until next year to get this project started. Sincerely John & Donna Last name removed.
