My daughter started at Mathnasium 4 yrs ago, and the change has been remarkable. Before, math homework meant stress and tears, but now she sits down and gets started without being asked. The instructors take time to figure out where the gaps are and build from there instead of just drilling worksheets, and they explain concepts in different ways until one clicks. All the staff are patient and encouraging. We've also seen grade improvement, better test scores and more willingness to participate in class. The staff keeps us updated on progress, and the center feels welcoming and organized. I'd recommend Mathnasium to any parent whose child is struggling or wants to get ahead.
Absolutely amazing program! The in- person teaching helped my kids developed their skills and love for Math. Also, the every day feedback motivates my kids to enjoy doing Math!

We’ve had a great experience with this math tutoring program! My son genuinely enjoys attending, which makes such a difference. One thing I really appreciate is how proactive they are about reaching out to his school math teachers to understand what he’s currently learning in class. They use that information to provide extra support and help reinforce the concepts he’s working on at school. I love knowing that his tutoring is tailored to his actual needs rather than just following a general curriculum. It’s reassuring to see that they truly care about helping their students succeed. Highly recommend!

Thank you for assisting Sofia with her math journey. We appreciate that mathnasium is proactive and also reactive with their lessons. Teachers have been accommodating when we have had lesson packets from school. She has had pleasant interactions with the tutors and feels comfortable during her lessons.

My daughter needed help preparing for Math 30-1. She was very impressed with her tutor as he was close to her age and was a 3rd year university student. They connected well. Her initial interim marks showed good improvement.

Mathnasium has been a significant help to our son for the past couple of years. They have helped with homework, preparation for quizzes and tests and in keeping him engaged in math during the summer. He went through a 2 year period with a school math teacher who was brand new and couldn’t explain concepts in a way that made sense. The tutors were a godsend for us in keeping him on track and moving forward. I would highly recommend Mathnasium!

Even though it has only been a month since our kiddos transitioned from the Mathnasium in Santee which unfortunately closed, we have enjoyed every session so far at this Center. The kids feel challenged with what they are working on and have received great support from their tutors so far. The one major pain point is the scheduling calendar which has not been easy to navigate. Appointments are super hard to find through Appointfy and I think there can be improvements to that scheduling platform.

We’ve been having such a great experience at Mathnasium Evanston over the past 5 months. As parents, we really appreciate their approach. Our son gets the support he needs, they focus on the areas where he needs improvement, and he gets plenty of focused practice during his time in the classroom.
We also really value that he doesn’t have homework. This gives him a manageable amount of academic work and allows him to keep a positive attitude toward his learning experience.
We’ve already seen a noticeable difference in his math skills. He has become much faster and more confident when solving math problems, and this has had a positive impact on his school performance — his marks improved from AC to EX.
We’re very happy with his progress and really appreciate the support he’s been getting at Mathnasium!

This is my second grandson using your services. I wanted them to have the good foundation they lacked to be successful in school both now and in college.
My 2 students have historically struggled with math, doing just enough to pass each year but never truly understanding. Typically big behaviors and emotions would come out of a math homework session, actually almost any homework. Since starting Mathnasium, there has a noticeable shift impacting all academics. My girls are feeling confident in mental math, they get excited to try new concepts, and there are no tears! It is my belief that they feel seen, its been normalized to ask questions & not know, and they are seeing their grades across all academics improve. We truly love mathnasium and believe in the investment for my students.
