I find their services to be overpriced, especially for seniors/retirees who have to try to live on a fixed income that hasn't kept up with inflation for way too many years. I also thing that they should offer discounts to military/veterans/seniors. Their minimal discounts for paying a year in advance could easily be larger and their billing practices for those who do need to be revised so that they do not receive a bill at the end of their contract that says that because they raised their priced during the contract period, they now owe additional monies when the price paid at the beginning of the contract is the contract price, regardless of price increases levied during the term of that contract.
Salomon notifies us when he’s coming, completed his job quickly, and when he leaves, we are notified as what he did and long we should keep our dogs inside. When Solomon arrives, he ask if there are any problems that he meds to address.

We have had Terminix for many years and have always been happy with the service. We had the same guy for many years and now a new one, who is just as courteous and respectful as the first.
They are always there and are very helpful if I have any questions or concerns.
I had two other houses I used terminix at. Then we sold them both and now have a new House. We have been using terminix here and the bugs are dying. Plus my bug tech is good at his job and always thorough!! I swear by terminix, they are amazing!!

Everyone I’ve dealt with has been super nice and dedicated to their customer. I have been with this company for many years and loyalty really counts with them, and that’s a rarity these days. I credit one person especially who was my tech and worked diligently to correct a problem I had until she accomplished what she set out to do. She has since been promoted to a supervisory position with the company, well deserved, in my area.
Efficiency
We have the best technician his name is Octavia. He is very good at his job and very professional. He is also caring and so considerate when he ask how I'm doing and listens when I'm talking to him. We have had Octavia for quite a few years and wouldn't want anyone else. Thank you for all you do in making sure we are bug free.
