Helpful. Great at communication. Technician was polite and moved all small pieces of furniture that we asked to have moved - which was more than other companies were willing to move.
The technician was excellent! He explained all the products and that they were safe! We have 2 cats and he was very accommodating to the cats and how safe the products were. The technicians was very aware of a functioning household (13 yr old in the house) and that he was going to work around whatever we needed to accomplish. Great experience!
