My carpets have never looked better! Best of all, they were dry in hours, not days like other cleaning services. My carpets are so soft now and I truly do not feel any residue. Very professional, he did a great job and was very friendly.
Zerorez was absolutely amazing! My carpets were filthy so the technician (John) told me up front that they weren't going to end up being perfect and I was okay with that. However, when he completed the cleaning process my carpets looked brand new! He even went over the extra dirty spots a second time to make sure they were as clean as they could be.The whole process took about an hour, but the time flew by as John was very personable and fun to talk to! I honestly would never go anywhere else for my carpet cleaning needs.
