It was amazing how quickly (less than 24hrs) from the time i called until the time he was at my door. This was not the first time this happened w Zerorez so thats very nice. The Technician was incredibly pleasant, easygoing, and competent. He showed me pictures at different points to show me his view and the buildup. He took the time to help in any way possible!! MOST IMPORTANT, My 3 girls and myself have NOT HAD A SINGLE RUNNY NOSE, SNEEZE, COUGH. since he left!!
