I have been shampooing my carpets myself for the last several years and feel that I have done a good job. Ever since I heard the first ad for zerorez about residue left behind in the carpet, I have thought I may not have rinsed as well as I should have. My carpets seemed to get dirty more quickly after each cleaning. The more I researched about the methods used, the more i wanted to give zerorez a try. From my first call to the technician coming out and cleaning my carpets, it has been nothing but a positive experience. My carpets smell so fresh and clean and more importantly look so clean. It is amazing. I would highly recommend zerorez to anyone!

Your tech was quite good. Explained everything pretty clear. He got 99% of any stains out. Only spot that remained is from 7 yrs ago but he did make it less noticeable. I couldn’t thank him enough. A job very well done.
