The experience from the first phone contact to the arrival of the truck here was pleasant and professional. The technician was the same - pleasant, competent, explained clearly what he was about to do, and went about it smoothly and professionally. I especially appreciated the photos he gave us of the insides of the ducts, and the very reasonable price we paid for the service.

Wow!!! Carpet looks better then New! Our Tech Lance "Memphis" was very knowledgeable an thorough... He was a training a new tech an I if I'm being honest. I learned a few things from him, he gave us a complete run down of the process before pulling out any equipment an explained how an wht he's doing every step along the way, an hands down the be#t money I've spent! Lance shines a new light on Customer Service an he was respectful, courteous, and polite... Would recommend them to anyone!! Thanx Again!

Our technician was so friendly, helpful, and thorough. He really did such a great job, and was so quick! We will definitely use your services again and will highly recommend to friends & family. The online scheduling was also extremely convenient.

The results were very good, the cleaner (Chuck) was on time, very professional, tried to find the most economical package for my situation, did not try aggressive up-sale tactics, and caused no damage to our furniture(as other companies have done to us).
