Quality, speed and timeliness

I like the fact that there are no harsh chemical smells once the carpeting is cleaned and that the service reps arrive on time.

I really enjoyed this experience. Luther, the technician, was very neat, professional, and respectful of my home, my furniture, etc., and of me. He was on time, efficient, and did a fine job. That's what I had hoped would happen, and I was pleased that that was the ending result.

Dave was a great technician! He was on time, extremely courteous, and answered all of my questions. He went above and beyond in cleaning the carpet and upholstery in my apartment. I didn’t know my place could look this good again! I can’t say enough good things about Dave and Zerorez!

I like the low water usage so that the carpet doesn't take as long to dry - yet still seems clean.

The couch did take a long time to dry. When the operator left I realized he had put all the couch cushions back in place. It would never dry like that! So I had to go over and disassemble it and stand the cushions up to dry.

The gentleman cleaning the carpets called one hour before his arrival and arrived exactly on time. He was very courteous and did an excellent job. Before he left, he asked if I was satisfied with the job. His courtesy, dependability and efficiency were much appreciated!

Techs Toney and Devon were absolutely amazing. Quick, clean and tidy. Would recommend them to anyone, and would request them again in my home. I only had one large room and a hallway, so I think the price was a bit high. Advertised as 3 rooms(no measurements) for 129.00, but I have 1 large room, living and dining (2?), plus a 4\15 hallway. Charged way extra for the hallway. Prici my not equivalent with square footage, but then again, you make your own rules. Would I recommend the service providers? YES. Would I recommend the service? Only if you check square footage .
