The work that was done was very good. The carpet and the chairs and sofas that were cleaned look like new. Matt who did the cleaning was very professional and did a great job of cleaning everything we requested. He also took the time to explain to us what he was going to do, and the cost to us. We were very pleased with the work.

Effective cleaning and great customer service

This is the second time I have had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez. I have been completely satisfied both times. The technician, Dan, explained the cost and offered carpet protection and deodorizer to me but at no time did I feel pressured into adding something that I didn’t want. Dan was efficient, courteous and informative. He made sure I was completely satisfied before he left. I will definitely use Zerorez again for future cleanings.
