The technicians were knowledgeable and professional. They explained each step thoroughly and I felt like we made good & informed decisions about our carpet cleaning service. I loved the fresh smell of the solution. It did not smell like chemicals and the carpets looked fabulous when they finished cleaning them. I wish I could have left them a larger tip. It is the next day and my husband & I cannot stop talking about our carpets. Is there a way to give the technicians a bigger tip? I am being serious. We have already made the decision that we will schedule your carpet cleaning service annually. Thank you for such an outstanding service!

I loved how efficient it was to schedule with your company and to communicate with Andrew, our serviceman. Your automation is fabulous. And Andrew arrived when he said he would (actually, early--but he even checked to ask if that was OK). He was prompt, efficient and the carpets are clean. But because there's no chemical odor/perfume-y smell that sometimes makes people think "clean," it would be great to actual see the dirt that's being pulled from the carpets!

I had my old carpet cleaned. It looked fresh and clean and dried quickly. Before the cleaning, everything was explained to me.. The person who cleaned my carpeti g went above and beyond. He pit a closet door back on it's track for me.
