Everyone I spoke or dealt with at Zerorez -Pittsburgh was friendly and professional. Brian, the tech who came and did the cleaning was FANTASTIC! He explained he had a treatment to help with a sticky section of rug, but there was never a 'hard sell' of the item. He took great care with my furniture and with putting the corner protectors in doorways and around furniture. Rugs look, feel and smell great!
