Paris was on time , he was kind and told me it would take about 2-21/ hours.
I wanted to add a rug, he did measurements and gave me a price. Him being so honest said my rug would not come very clean because it’s synthetic. I decided to get the rug cleaned anyway,
It did not come as clean as I wanted it too, but his honesty was priceless. I would definitely recommend Zeronez to family and friends . My sectional looks great the service man Paris was honest and, knowledgeable, about other product he was using and offering to me.

I use zerorez routinely for my carpet and flooring cleanings. They're always exceptional in everything they do. The professionalism, kindness, punctuality are all great. I've never had an issue with them. Floors always look and smell great when done.

Saige and Josh were fantastic at our home, and then helped to also do duct cleaning and other services at my mom's home. They are very trustworthy and helped us to understand every aspect of the cleanings, installation of air purifier, and so on. They took the time, answered questions and went above and beyond at every turn. They were considerate and kind, managing the personalities in the house. LOL! They made us feel comfortable with our new services, and deserve every accolade they get. Please properly reward Saige, who not only works hard, but garners trust and respect. Please reward Josh as he also was same. They make a good team too. In this day, truly exemplery employees are hard to find, hard to keep, and hard to manage.
