Easy to schedule, all questions answered by the scheduler and price quoted. Technician called 30 minutes before arriving. He was courteous, adked if i had questions, looked at the fabric to identify type and areas that may need added attention, reviwed what he was going to use and got to cleaning the furniture. Great experience!

Jordan was efficient with timing. He was also pleasant and seems to really enjoy his job and seeing the satisfaction of his customers. He even liked my dog who is full of energy. I went to work today and recommended your company to my co workers. My manager said he had you service his home and he was pleased as well. Service tech was awesome! Not all stains came out, but I knew it was going to be a tough job. The one area of rug I didn't think would come clean did because the tech took extra steps for that area.
The only thing I didn't like was being called 2.5 hours before my time window I selected (for a reason) to be told the tech would be there in 35 minutes. There was no way I would have been able to be there to let him in. The service was still provided within my time window, but the tech arrived at the very last minute of that window to no fault of his own due to dispatch not setting up the schedule correctly from the start (it almost felt as if I was being punished for not accommodating the schedule dispatch set up - lol). The tech apologized multiple times and I let him know it wasn't his fault because I understand he doesn't set the schedule.
