Honestly I have used Zerorez many times and have mostly been pleased with my service, But I have to say that Chaz did such a great job on my carpets. He got out marks on my carpet that haven't been removed in the last two times I had my carpets cleaned. He did the best job of any time I have had them done. Usually as the carpets dry, marks will begin to reappear. I expected the same this time but those marks have not reappeared and it has been 2 days. I am excited and very pleased.
