Matthew called ahead and was able to arrive early. Set up quickly, did an excellent job detailing the service. Upsold us on a pet treatment that we definitely needed and was worth the cost, but not on anything else. No pushy sales tactics at all. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. He finished 3 carpeted rooms, 2 laminate floor rooms, 2 carpeted stairs, and a hallway in under 2 hours. Very good results (no pet odors) and highly efficient. All the stains and odors are gone except for 1 stain that will require new carpeting (nothing could be done about it by anyone). Scheduling was easy and with the web discount the pricing was reasonable. Would use this service again.
The gentleman that cleaned my carpet was very kind and knowledgeable! His name might have been Dave I am not 100% sure but I am sure he deserves a raise because he did an excellent job!

Luke was my technician this time and he was able to clean my daughters area rug for me but he had to do it on hands and knees and he really did a fantastic job all through the house but absolutely with this area rug I couldn’t be more pleased with the services that you guys provide.
