However, I do want to commend the Senior Service Technician, Chaz Clark, who cleaned the carpets in my home on March 30, 2023. Chaz is a good representative for your company. He listened carefully to my questions and had answers; he was respectful of my home; and he worked efficiently to get the job done. He is the type of professional from whom new technicians could learn how to do the technical aspects of the job and also how to interact with customers in a professional way.
