The technicians were excellent. Very professional and knowledgeable about the system, now it works and how they would use it on our particular furnace. They took extra time to ensure my furnace was properly sealed afterwards and showed me their work both on the furnace, the access ports, and with pictures of the internal ducts. They left my home clean and fresh smelling. Very pleased with the results
