This is the second time I have used Zerorex of Pittsburgh, very pleased. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. He did make suggestions as to what he thought would work best but the final decision was mine. Also showed me the invoice ahead of time so I understood what the charges were.
He did not waste anytime getting the job done.

The men that removed lint from my dryer were very nice and explained the process. They told me about a brush I can insert in my dryer to remove the lint near the filter, as they don't enter my home. They also told me about other services Zerorez can provide. They were very polite. They deserve a score of 10 or what ever is you highest score.
