Lance did an incredible job cleaning and bringing life to our 19 year old carpets. They look fantastic, and he was courteous and professional. He explained the process, worked hard to get out some really tough spots, and shared other services Zerorex offers-without being pushy. Definitely using them again!

Technician was competent, thorough and friendly. We appreciated that he wore shoe covers and put down mats to protect out hardwood floors from the hose. Our ceramic tile and grout are noticeably clean.

The performance has only been exceeded by the quality of the technicians that have come. Each have been polite, professional and courteous. The various services offered for furniture, duct and carpet are good for most homeowners and offer selection. Pricing has been fair and reasonable.
