Classes are amazing teachers are friendly, energetic and knowledgeable

It's a very welcoming environment! They are extremely friendly and take notice of everybody in the room. There's no need for intimidation as they provide different levels of difficulty and guide you towards what class fits your ablility. They help people's form by positioning their body but with their concent of course. The rooms are very clean and has no odor which amazes me since there is so much sweat produced during the program! Overall this is a great service that will leave a positive mindset once you have completed a class.

I like when the studio provides spray bottles with water in them to use on my towel before sculpt. It helps my towel grip to the mat so it slips less.

The classes at this studio are amazing! I used to only run, but now I take different classes at CorePower and have never been in better shape. The teachers here are the best, they have different teaching styles which makes it fun, but also very challenging. I look forward to going to classes every week!

Everyone that I have met has been extremely kind and understanding. I love the encouragement and the acceptance of different level learners and those with different body shapes. I am extremely grateful for the no judgment aspect. Thank you for a great experience. I can not wait to return.
