Your class schedules are great and every instructor is fantastic! There are no "less than" instructors so every class is a go!! Everyone is very welcoming and genuine. This is the best work out in the Bay Area!!!

Love the studio. In particular, really like Debbie's HPF class on Saturday morning. One request is to add additional HPF classes in the evening during the week. The 5.30pm is too early to make it back from San Francisco in time for class - ideal would be a 7 or 7.30pm HPF class a couple of night per week. Thanks!
Love the teachers super love the rubs. Favorite classes are ones that focus on flow and less on a peek posture thrown in somewhere.
