Friendly and good conversation.
The lady who cut my grandson’s hair was very nice, professional and talented. Unfortunately, the lady who checked us in was unfriendly and borderline rude - I wish I knew her name so I could share it with you. Her bad attitude colored our perception.

1st got a haircut that so badly cut. The guy Hairstylist just wet the top of my hair did not cut it, cut the leftside more than the right. Call owner later the night when had dried and realized that he botched it. Came back the next day, another different guy Hairstylist tried to repair. But now, is better, but the hack job on leftside of head is so much shorter. Now, need to find a hair cut place.
Need better training or requirements to show that they can cut here.
Maybe could cut in smaller stages as if too short cant fix till grows back
