I’m always a good tipper, but I don’t like the fact that the percentage of tips are displayed for you starting with those percentages. If you get a bad cut like I’ve had before you are pretty much guaranteed to tip your stylist.
I feel you get the same cut at cheaper locations. Wish you the best.

I was charged $28 for just a cut. I told them I only wanted a cut, no wash. I had to go back to work didn’t have time for the MVP. Other than that everything was good.

Came in to donate my hair - it was touching to hear that Linettes mother is a cancer survivor too. I was doing this for my colleague, but have family and friends who have fought the disease as well. She did a solid job, and I was able to get the cut I wanted and collected my hair easily with a smooth process!
Check-in system is very good. My stylist (Mel) is great. I plan to request her when I next need a cut

The man that cut my grandsons hair did not even come close to how I told him to cut it . All uneven … very disappointed….i will not bring him back again . At least that man won’t be cutting his hair

I'm ecstatic that Jennifer is at my local store in Sarasota. She's absolutely great. I'm very picky when it comes to cutting my hair. Jennifer is absolutely awesome and she takes listens to what style you want. I trust her completely and let her take the reins when it comes to styles or suggestions.
