Great haircut
My last hair cut with Linette was awesome. She cut my hair just how I like it. The shampoo and massage are so nice. And the hot towel feels amazing.

Every time I go to your business I am meet with a different employee to cut my hair. My last two times at your business have left me unsatisfied. My most recent hair cut is not even straight. I am going to be going to another establishment to have them try to fix it on Monday. Also I tell your employees what I want done and they always seem to cut parts that I don't want them to touch and have to end up cutting more to try and make it look right. I'm going to be looking for a new place to give my patronage.
