The quality of my haircut was wonderful, I walked out feeling fresh; no matter how much hair I have on my head I always walk out feeling lighter and brighter!
Consistent, cuts. Quality execution with little or no variation. Pleasant, competent technicians.
I appreciate being able to ‘sign in’ on my mobile App, prior to my arrival. In addition, the App will tell me who is working that day and how long I will have to wait for ‘my place on deck’.
The building is always clean and the TV’s are all focused on sports shows.
The staff is always welcoming and friendly and the atmosphere is enjoyable.

Neckline was grossly uneven. My wife had to fix it when I got back home. It’s a stupid mistake to make. You must have not been paying attention. I guess you don’t want repeat customers.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The building is welcoming, smells of a clean and fresh scent, and has comfort seating in the waiting area. The waiting time is limited by the sign in serve. My son loved the serve he received and can’t wait to go back. The serve options are great for prices.

Mel is a conscientious hair cutter/stylist. Even at the end of the day Mel did fabulous haircutting. Mel was pleasant throughout. Mel is a keeper.

Most of the stylists are good, but Adelina is a Rockstar. Never had her equipment pull my hair (pet peave) She takes her time and doesn't treat you like an animal up for slaughtering even if she has a two hour wait. She is always happy!
