I joined the lineup with 29 minutes wait time. 15 minutes later I walked into the shop and my wait time was 32 minutes. I, of course, was not happy about this. As I waited, I realized that a man and his two small sons were all getting a haircut. It is reasonably obvious to me that only 1 name had been put on the wait list for the 3 haircuts. This is a problem that should be managed.

I went to Sports Clips, Lakewood Ranch first time to have Savannah give me a haircut as she was highly recommended by her friend, Eva. I was extremely hesitant as I had been going to a traditional hair salon. I thought Sports Clips was just for guys..lol
Savannah, not only being extremely sweet and a great listener, gave me a beautiful blunt bob. She asked me several times if the length and heaviness was good for me and wanted to make sure I was very happy before I left. I was VERY happy with my new haircut.
She is my new go to person and am kicking myself that I did not find her sooner.
So very happy and same day had several folks ask where I got my hair cut and mentioned her name! :)
