Without a doubt, an excellent quality haircut and Sports Clips provided amenities (warm facial towel, seated massage & percussion neck message) that other men’s hair salons don’t provide. The cost was far below the price of the leading men’s hair salons.

Nothing. The score is based on the type of service. So it depends on the friend and what they're looking for.
I appreciate the time each stylist takes when completing haircuts. Also, they are not pushy on the extra products. Often times my schedule doesn’t allow for a MVP treatment. Overall, the product and customer service are why I keep coming back.

Online system is still bad, but better than before. It puts people who select first available ahead of you in line if you select a specific stylist. That should not happen.
The staff at this location are incredible though.

Overall haircut ok. No customer interaction. Very quiet shop, not like other SClips I have been to. First time I rated a shop below a 9.

I forgot his name but he's cut my hair a couple times, great barber new what I wanted without much input just looked at my old hair cut and did it perfect, he has full beard very nice dude, talked sports, wish I could remember his name, I think Rob he's been there a while I always him there
