My new place!
This was perhaps the worse civilian/military haircut experience that I have ever endured. Asking for a #4 side, 1/2" top, I walked out with 1/64" sidewalls and 1/2" top. To add injury in another dimension the stylist put the clipper on edge and plowed a bloody furrow from one ear, across the nape of the neck to the other ear.
There really is nothing to do to make this right since it is in the past and as far as I am concerned one of life's many experiences. I might suggest that counseling of the stylist may be appropriate.
I felt I was being discriminated by my age (58) from the stylist who was taking her time after her last client to wait for the next stylist to get done so she could get the younger customer behind me

The online check in was easy and I only had to wait a few minutes before I was taken back for my cut. My stylist, LaTora, did a great job discussing what I wanted to do and explaining what she would do so we were completely on the same page before she started. She discussed products with me, both for clearing up my scalp and for styling my hair, but wasn't pushy about trying to sell me on anything. All in all, a great experience, worth driving 30 minutes and past several other options to get.
Always very relaxing to have to visit sport clips. Skilled professionals and comfortable surroundings.
