Nice friendly folks and a good service.
Not sure if it was me or the website but I selected a specific stylist(Priscilla…..who is very nice) while at home….over 1 hour wait. I went and did an errand and went toy he store. I was not on the list and now fell to the bottom of the list. Took almost an hour to get seen. I’ve updated all my info at the shop. Hopefully this doesn’t happen again
Top notch experience per usual. My stylist (forgot her name 🤦♂️), is very professional and knows her hair. Very pleasant. I drive nearly an hour to see you folks. Give us something closer!!! Port Charlotte, Englewood or North Port, Fl.

I showed up for my appointment on time I was next on deck and at least three stylists were available I could hear them talking that my hair was to be cut with scissors and after about 15 min a stylist got done rang her customer out and ask me if I was ready. I found out that she was new to this place and I was very pleased with the way she cut my hair. I just wish I didn’t have to feel like I have to beg for my hair to be cut.

Ease of checking in online. Wait times are reasonable most times except during Holidays which is to be expected. The store is very clean and sanitary. Staff is friendly and helpful. In my experience most, if not all, of the staff do a very good job of cutting hair, and the prices for various levels of service are very reasonable.

I always look forward to the hot towels, & the head & back massages. In these stressful times, those are needed.
Also like the shampoo they’re using, but don’t recall the name of it.
Only bad thing is that when you get used to one stylist, they seem to disappear out of the blue.
