The technicians are really interested in how the customer feels and what the customer wants and how to achieve what the customer wants. The staff is very courteous. Generally, the whole atmosphere is relaxing and conducive to a good experience.

My son and I have been coming for haircuts for a few years now, he went this time with my wife. The hair stylist did not ask my wife if it was ok to wash and do the massage on my son. Fine, but she also did not ask if it was ok to put a lightening bolt design on the side of his head. This is ridiculous that the stylist would not ask the parent of a 6 year old of this is ok. Its just unacceptable really that this happened and the stylist needs to ask the parent on ALL things she is doing on a child.
